Description

The light is on on the outdoor sign, in the parking lot, in places where the exterior of the building is illuminated, at the entrance

The exterior walls of the building are clean and in good condition, without cracks or streaks

There are no graffiti or other vandal inscriptions on the walls

Garbage bins are not full (maximum one-third full)

The cladding of the summer pool (if any) is clean, without chips, in good condition

In the pool area (if any) there are clean towels for guests

All signs with the rules of conduct in the pool (if any) are displayed and in good condition

The water in the pool (if any) is clean and clear

The windows at the main entrance are clean, free of color streaks and fingerprints. According to the plan, the windows on the first floor are washed every month, all windows are washed once a year
