This hotel chain in Samarkand is awful! Initially, I was here on a business trip and had to held a conference. So, the conference room is small, and the ventilation is weak. The service in general awful. The conference room was cleaned before the conference had started. Hotel staff is rude, and the service sucks! I was charged extra for the water in my room (not in the fridge) which supposed to be for free. The breakfast as well disappointed me as there was no buffet, additionally they did not serve enough food for the money I paid for the room. I am not gonna stay at this hotel next time for sure!
